Check-in & check-out

The apartments will be available from 2pm on the arrival day and yous should leave by 9.30am on the day of departure .

Booking confirmation

Booking confirmation is subject to payment of a deposit, 50% of the rental. The balance has to be paid on the arrival day.

Rental

Rental includes the usage of the apartment and the energy and water consumption.

Cleaning

The kitchen area, dishwasher and refrigerator shall be left clean. In case of inadequate or incomplete cleaning, you will be charged Euro 30,00.

Extra services

The final cleaning of the apartment is mandatory (Euro 80,00) and the use of air conditioning.
